Super responsive, super quick, and super thorough! I got hit from behind and insurance recommended this place and I read all the reviews and they were not wrong. They sent out a text every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. Very happy with their service!

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Renew Collision in Lubbock is. Mike B. was my rep and he was amazing. He was kind, friendly, professional and kept me updated on the process the entire time. The repairs they did are top notch and better than any other repairs that I have seen done at other places. Haven’t needed a body shop in years, and wasn’t sure who to use. My insurance recommended this place and I was totally happy with the process. They communicated updates each week and got my truck fixed in a timely manner. Happy with the repairs and would use them again.

Chad and his team really stepped up and got me in quick and fixed up. This is my first time to use them and very impressed with the work completed.

I took my car in for some minor repairs and they did a wonderful job. The personnel were very friendly and they sent me text everyday to let me know progress on my repairs. They did a great job! My door was damaged during the 90mph wind in Lubbock. The wind took it from my hand and the door flew open so it wouldn’t shut all the way anymore. They fixed the hinge reattached the door to its original place. Very nice people! They gave me a ride home and were able to bring my car to my house when it was done! Also, the car was clean inside and out!!

I just got my car back and it looks GREAT! They replaced the things that needed to be replaced and polished it. All of the people there were friendly and very easy to work with, plus, they kept me up-to-date on my repair with texts. They were even able to find the time to both give me a ride home and bring my car home to me when it was finished. I would never have found them except they were in my insurance's "network" of preferred body shops. I'm glad I found them!
We recently used their service for some minor repairs. They were great to work with, from Andrea who handles all calls and appointments to Michael who evaluated the damage and Charles who was so kind and helpful when we left the vehicle for repairs. Fast, friendly service, and my car looks brand new!
I highly recommend Renew. I took my truck in for hail damage, they got me in within a couple of days and they were done in 2 weeks. AWESOME. They were friendly and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I took it back for a little wind noise on the sun roof, they made an adjustment and it’s all good.

You can't go wrong using Renew Collision for all your Body Shop needs. I needed an exterior door handle repaired on my Lexus, so I purchased the part online and needed to get it installed. I called and spoke with Parker at Renew Collision, who advised me to call him when it came in, and they would get me taken care of. The part came in on a Saturday, and I called first thing Monday morning, and they asked me to come by at 1:30 that afternoon. I was driving off their property at 2:00 with my door repaired. They were extremely competent, professional, friendly and fair priced. This is the second time that I have had to replace an exterior handle on this vehicle, and another body shop here in Amarillo charged me $200 more to do the same work! You won't regret doing business with Renew Collision.
I had a great experience with Renew. Charles the owner welcomed me in when I was getting an estimate from a vehicle accident I was in. Kaleigh walked me around the vehicle and explained their process to me. I dropped my truck off the following week. The handoff was simple and easy. While my truck was was being worked on Kaleigh followed up with me twice to let me know how the repairs were coming along. All in all it was a great experience. I would gladly take my vehicle back to them. Their hospitality and quality stands above any other shop move been to. Thanks for taking such great care of everything!!

I went to Renew Collision Center after a car had rubbed too closely against mine to mess it up. It was the easiest and hassle free experience I’ve ever had when it comes to my car, and on top of it all they made sure my car was all nice and detailed for me when I came to pick it up. I’m very grateful for all of their hard work and help 🙂
