They did a great job! My door was damaged during the 90mph wind in Lubbock. The wind took it from my hand and the door flew open so it wouldn’t shut all the way anymore. They fixed the hinge reattached the door to its original place. Very nice people! They gave me a ride home and were able to bring my car to my house when it was done! Also, the car was clean inside and out!!
If there are any issues with the door I’m able to bring it back. So far so good! Great experience.

I just got my car back and it looks GREAT! They replaced the things that needed to be replaced and polished it. All of the people there were friendly and very easy to work with, plus, they kept me up-to-date on my repair with texts. They were even able to find the time to both give me a ride home and bring my car home to me when it was finished. I would never have found them except they were in my insurance's "network" of preferred body shops. I'm glad I found them!
We recently used their service for some minor repairs. They were great to work with, from Andrea who handles all calls and appointments to Michael who evaluated the damage and Charles who was so kind and helpful when we left the vehicle for repairs. They all did a great job and repairs were done promptly and looked great. We would highly recommend all of them. Thanks for your kindness and knowledge.

We brought my husband’s car here after his accident for repairs. The staff was always upfront and incredibly communicative. They worked quickly and efficiently and when we received the car back, it was like brand new! In regard to their customer service - it’s EXCELLENT! They truly went above and beyond, even for the tiniest of details. Hopefully, we won’t need their services again soon, but if we do, we will only be bringing our vehicle here!

Amazing experience from start to finish. They got my Yukon in less than a week after contacting them. They sent updates with pictures throughout the entire process, so we always knew how things were progressing. Got my Yukon back yesterday, and it looks fantastic. You'd never guess anything had ever happened to it--looks perfect.
Amazing work done great job on my vehicle and customer service and worked with me to provide manufacturer parts for my Mopar. I highly recommend them for any collision repair. In addition added an update on every Tuesday and Thursday on the progress of my repair.

Upmost professionalism at this place! Great communication throughout the process. Told them I needed it quickly as it was a work vehicle and they did an amazing job getting it done. Charles and Chad are great guys and will definitely bring all my body needs to these folks. As I walked out to leave with my newly repaired vehicle I noticed they repaired a small dent on driver side that had nothing to do with the repairs they were hired to do. That is going the extra mile and just a pretty cool thing to do! Top notch fellas!

Our daughter’s car was involved in an accident so we reached out to Renew and Jacob helped me find someone to tow the car to their facility and got us an estimate in the same day.
