I called and spoke with Parker at Renew Collision, who advised me to call him when it came in, and they would get me taken care of. The part came in on a Saturday, and I called first thing Monday morning, and they asked me to come by at 1:30 that afternoon. I was driving off their property at 2:00 with my door repaired. They were extremely competent, professional, friendly and fair priced. This is the second time that I have had to replace an exterior handle on this vehicle, and another body shop here in Amarillo charged me $200 more to do the same work!
